Gentlemen:

Yesterday, your technician Jason finished up the installation of our air conditioning system, and I am hand carrying a check for the balance due to your office. The job also included a new furnace, a new high performance filter, and a new hot water heater. My wife and I were well pleased in our interaction with your company. We were particularly impressed with your technicians who worked on our job. Rob, Matt, and Jason were polite, careful, and knowledgeable. Matt and Rob worked outside under miserable weather conditions without any complaint. When any of the three needed access to inside our house, they removed their shoes (a very welcome gesture since we had recently paid to have the carpets cleaned). They all took time to explain the equipment, the installation, and they gave us advice on using the equipment. We look forward to being cool this summer.

As you recall, last year you installed a fireplace insert, and we continue to be pleased with the insert's performance.
