I thought that we should let you know what we think about your gas fireplace installation.

First of all your employees were very professional. They installed the fireplace with the utmost skill in just a few hours. Our home was left clean, and everyone was polite and informative.

The fireplace is really wonderful. It puts out the heat, and is so convenient. With the flip of a switch we have an instant fire. We also know it's instantly off when we choose, with no concerns of sparks or fire after we have gone to bed!

We realized that we have an emergency heater also, when our furnace recently went on the fritz. Our plan is to install one of your new direct vent products in our master bedroom, sometime next winter.

Thanks again for a job well done! We have and will continue to recommend you to others.
