Customer Service Department,

It has now been one week with our new furnace and water heater. I have to say I've enjoyed learning how to use the new "toy" and now have to wait for the weather to change to see how well the heater works.

The folks that installed our new equipment were very good, almost to the point of having boy scouts here. They were courteous, professional and helpful in answering my questions. The work was finished sooner than I had hoped and best of all I didn't have to clean up the mess. These guys even vacuumed the floors when they were finished.

A special "THANK YOU" to Ralph (crew lead), Todd, Dave and Scott. These gentlemen in my opinion are a credit to your company.
