We're sorry this letter is so late, but we just had to write you this thank you letter.

It's been several months since your company converted our home over to gas. We've been very happy with our decision to change from electric to gas and with our choice of your company to do the conversion. All the employees that we came into contact with, either over the phone or in our home, were courteous, efficient and professional. We know the job was not an easy one because we had so many requirements that needed to be met in order to fit in with our future remodeling plans. Nerveless, work was done in a timely manner with every effort made to comply with our requests. I am a real stickler for craftsmanship, and I found the workmanship top notch. Kudos to all the members of the work crew that were sent out to do the job!
